Shares of Investment Properties International, Limited were issued in 1969, with Montreal Trust Company of Toronto, Canada, as the transfer agent. The Ontario Court placed Investment Properties International, Limited into liquidation in 1973, and the liquidation was completed at the end of 2011.
As part of the liquidation process, the Court approved an arrangement whereby shareholders who have never submitted their share certificates/bearer share warrants, could receive the amount due to them if they file a claim prior to December 31, 2021.
